At One Roll Studios LLP, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service you purchased:

2.1 Digital Products (AIRankable & Future SaaS Products)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all digital product purchases. You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase if:

  • The product does not work as described
  • You experience technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe
  • You are unsatisfied with the product (you must provide a reason)

Conditions for Digital Product Refunds:

  • Reason Required: You must provide a brief explanation for why you're requesting a refund (helps us improve)
  • Fair Use: Refunds may be denied if you've consumed excessive API credits, generated significant content, or otherwise used the product extensively beyond evaluation purposes
  • No Abuse: Repeated refund requests or patterns of abuse may result in denial and account termination

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • First Month: Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment (pro-rated if you've used significant resources)
  • Subsequent Months: No refunds for renewal payments. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing cycle

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions:

  • 30-Day Window: Full refund available within 30 days of purchase (minus any usage beyond trial/evaluation)
  • After 30 Days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (contact support)

2.4 Professional Services (Web Dev, Design, Consulting)

For custom services:

  • Before Work Starts: Full refund if you cancel before we begin work
  • During Project: Partial refund based on work completed (as outlined in your contract/proposal)
  • After Delivery: No refunds once final deliverables are provided and accepted (per the agreed-upon scope)
  • Disputes: If you're unsatisfied with deliverables, contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve issues (revisions, adjustments) before considering refunds

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Services Already Delivered: Professional services (web dev, design, consulting) where final deliverables have been accepted
  • Extensive Usage: Digital products where you've consumed significant resources (API calls, storage, generated content) beyond evaluation purposes
  • Subscription Renewals: Monthly/annual renewals (except within 30 days of first payment)
  • Third-Party Fees: Payment processing fees, taxes, or charges imposed by third parties (LemonSqueezy, banks, etc.)
  • Promotional/Discounted Items: Products purchased at heavily discounted rates may have no-refund clauses (specified at checkout)
  • Abuse/Violation: Purchases made by users who violated our Terms of Service

4. EU & International Compliance

4.1 EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you're located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Exception: This right does not apply if you explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right upon starting to use the product.

4.2 Other Jurisdictions

We comply with consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where we operate. If your local laws provide more favorable refund terms, those will apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@onerollstudios.com with the following information:

  • Order Number: Your LemonSqueezy order ID (found in your confirmation email)
  • Purchase Date: Date of purchase
  • Product/Service: Name of the product or service
  • Reason: Brief explanation for the refund request (helps us improve)
  • Email: Email address used for purchase

Step 2: Review

We'll review your request within 2-3 business days. We may contact you to:

  • Understand the issue better
  • Attempt to resolve technical problems
  • Verify eligibility

Step 3: Approval

If your refund is approved, we'll notify you via email and initiate the refund through LemonSqueezy (our payment processor).

Step 4: Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear in your original payment method (credit card, bank account, etc.).

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Contact LemonSqueezy support if you don't receive your refund within 10 business days.

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund:

  • Pro-Rated Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription mid-term, we may refund unused months (minus a service fee, at our discretion)
  • Partially Completed Services: For professional services, we may refund based on work not yet completed (per your contract)
  • Goodwill Gestures: In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds as a goodwill gesture (even if outside standard policy)

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

7.1 Contact Us First

If you're considering a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first. Chargebacks harm our business and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to products/services
  • Potential legal action (for fraudulent chargebacks)

We're committed to resolving issues fairly. Most disputes can be resolved without chargebacks.

7.2 Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback after receiving a refund or without attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:

  • Ban your account permanently
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors
  • Pursue legal action to recover losses

8. Exceptions & Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as:

  • Medical emergencies or personal hardships
  • Technical issues on our end (server outages, bugs)
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts)
